What to Expect

STEP 1

Confirm your package choice

Confirm with our sales team your preferred package choice (monthly or annual), number of devices needed, and your delivery address. Each device ships with an HDMI cable and storage card preloaded with LoopOS software. You will receive a welcome email that will guide you in setting up your account.

STEP 2

Plan your installation

Every office is different. The number of screens and devices involved, existing cabling infrastructure, and architecture of the building can all influence this process. If additional screens need to be installed, cabling needs to be run, or signal distribution hardware needs to be purchased, DSID is available to consult and advise. Our trusted install partner is able to provide turnkey installation in most areas across the US and Canada. This is also a good time to coordinate with your IT person regarding network permissions should you have a network firewall.

STEP 3

Connect and pair device

Once you receive your device(s), connect the included power adapter and HDMI cable, then connect to your network to bring the device online. Once connected to your screen or splitter, an activation code will display. Login to your LoopOS account and enter this code to pair the device to your account. Do this for each device.

STEP 4

Add content to Lineup
